Do you charge per policy or per user?
AgencyBinder charges per platform + per user. There are no per-policy fees. You control your costs by choosing the right plan and user count.
What's included in "per user" pricing?
Each user seat includes access to all features in your plan tier, unlimited data storage per tenant, and full support at your plan level.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Foundation and Professional plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get access to everything in that tier.
How does the annual discount work?
Annual plans are prepaid and save you 15% vs. monthly pricing. You can still upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; the annual commitment is to service, not to a specific tier.
Do you have an on-premise or self-hosted option?
AgencyBinder is a cloud-only SaaS platform. We do offer dedicated cloud environments and custom deployment options for Platform-tier customers. Contact our sales team to discuss.
What happens if I go over my user count?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can add users anytime. The cost will be prorated and added to your next invoice.
